National Police Week (May 9-15, 2021)

Posted on Monday, May 10, 2021

Sunday (May 9th) marks the beginning of #NationalPoliceWeek; one week in every year where those across the country honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. It also serves as an opportunity to thank and recognize police officers across the nation.

Since the first known line-of-duty death in 1786, more than 22,000 U.S. law enforcement officers have made the ultimate sacrifice. In 2021, the names of 394 officers killed in the line of duty were added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC.
THANK AN OFFICER TODAY!
