OIPOA Website
The Ocean Isle Property Owners Association was formed in September 1983 as an organization with the objective of engaging in civic, charitable, and educational activities for the betterment of the property owners of the Town of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The OIPOA sponsors positive community action projects, cooperates with existing organizations for the public health, safety, and beautification of Ocean Isle Beach and also provides a vehicle to articulate constructive concerns of the property owners. The OIPOA it is not a political organization.
There are approximately 1425 members. Annual dues are $40.00 and include membership discount cards, which entitles members to discounts at local golf courses, restaurants, and shops. Membership is for the period of January through December. Additional membership cards are available for an additional fee of $5.00. If you have not received a letter including membership application, please contact our office and we will send one to you.
