The Town of Ocean Isle Beach has recently purchased approximately two acres located at 111 Causeway Drive, Ocean Isle Beach, for the construction of a new Town Hall complex.  This complex will house all Town departments, as well as a state of the art emergency command center.

 

    The Town recently advertised and received request for qualifications from architectural firms interested in this project.  These proposals are being reviewed and it is anticipated an award of the architectural contract will be made in the near future.  This site will be updated as new information is made available.
