ATTENTION OCEAN ISLE BEACH The Town of Ocean Isle Beach is nearing the end of its planning process that will culminate with an updated Land Use Plan developed pursuant to the NC Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA). The Phase II report is now completed and will presented at a Public Hearing on August 14, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in the Betty S. Williamson Meeting Hall. A "DRAFT" copy of the Land Use Plan is available for public reviewing at Town Hall or to view on line below.
