CONSTRUCTION NOTICE

Intersection of Causeway Drive and First Street

The Town of Ocean Isle Beach plans to construct a roundabout at the intersection of Causeway Drive and First Street.  The construction is scheduled to begin in January and end in April.  In order to construct the project, the Town plans to close the intersection to traffic and detour traffic to Second Street during construction.  The roundabout is scheduled to be open for traffic before Easter weekend.

We apologize for any temporary traffic delay this work may cause and hope that this project, when completed, will help alleviate the normal seasonal congestion at this very popular intersection.
